3D PRINTING POLICY:

The 3D Printing process can cause minor defects in the molds, caused by excess plastic around the edges. We take the time to sand every mold after printed to ensure you recieve the best quality product possible. Your molds may arrive dull in color in certain spots, mostly on the interior edges. All molds sent are in perfectly functional condition.

SHIPPING POLICY:

PROCESSING TIME

Most orders take 1-2 days to process, which simply means to be printed and shipped.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are respomsble for any and all customs and import taxes that may apply.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange. We currently do not accept returns.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns due to the nature of the items being sold. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us at info@mnprintsmolds.com. 

EXCHANGES

Molds that have not been used can be exchanged. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recomment that you use a trackable method to mail your return. All exchanges must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. Please email us at info@mnprintsmolds.com prior to mailing your exchange for proper instructions.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged procuts, please contact customer service at info@mnprintsmolds.com to arrange a replacement.
